Levanta is a detached, single-storey cottage ideal for a couple. It consists of a bed-sitting room furnished with a double bed, a dining table and chairs and a sitting area. The open-plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a two-ring hob, a microwave oen, a large fridge-freezer and a washing machine. Free WiFi is available, and naturally there is also a shower room.

Unlike the three villas, Levanta Cottage does not have a swimming pool but it does have its own garden and terrace. In our opinion, it is ideal for families or larger parties staying in one of the villas who may require additional accommodation, for instance for accompanying grandparents, a nanny or older children desiring a degree of privacy. Alternatively, the cottage can also be rented separately by couples wishing to use Pendamodi as a peaceful base for country walks and exploring the island by car.
